A Level Geography will help you gain a solid grounding in Physical and Human Geography with an exciting mix of theory and fieldwork. Broadening and deepening your existing knowledge, you’ll develop a variety of skills as you study contemporary geographical issues, which will include investigative, statistical, graphical and cartographic techniques. You’ll also have the freedom at A2 to choose your own area of research.
After your course, you could progress to higher education to study Human or Physical Geography, Environmental Science, Geology, Cartography, Geomorphology or Remote Sensing. This could lead you to a career in Teaching, Law, Social Services, Environmental Services, Advertising or Urban Planning.
