Science at Queen Alexandra Sixth Form
Students who choose a science route at A level gain a wide range of Higher Education and employment pathways. The sciences provide students with the skills and knowledge we all need to function in our increasingly technological world.
Studying science enables students to develop a variety of transferable skills valued by employers, such as data analysis, problem solving and mathematical and statistical techniques. In addition, the college’s science programmes have productive links with both employers and local universities, providing students with the opportunity to extend their knowledge beyond the classroom.
